At present, the technology has been very mature, minimum tolerance can be controlled in 0.015-0.1mm, wall thickness can be controlled in 0.02mm, minimum hole can be controlled in 0.2mm, minimum hardness can be controlled in 40A. PEEK is a thermoplastic polyurethane, has polyester type and polyether type, it has a wide range of hardness, wear resistance, oil resistance, transparency, good elasticity, and human contact safety, so it is widely used in medical devices and consumables.
